I have only lost inches but put on with the scales, i have started to excercise 4 times a week and improved my fitness, water intake and green tea intake. I have lost inches so i am happy as i am still improving.

I shall check measurements later and post. Excited for the results in 50days time and hearing everyones progress. Today started as i mean to go on....joined the gym and booked into classes. Sit ups have began and water intake has increased...on the way to a new me.

Thanks for your answers, I have just recently started to drink it again. I for some reason always feel that it boosts weight loss but maybe that's just the toxins that I am losing.

i haven't really eaten the best this week, however i have added in my bid to eat healthy a lot more eggs into my diet at breakfast time in the form of omlettes or poached egg.

I don't add salt to any of my food but i am very aware that it is added and hidden in a lot of foods.

I don't expect to have lost anything atal yet, it is just the fact of how bloated i am feeling and it is making me feel a lot bigger than start of the week that is all.
