If I change from sedentary to very active do I still eat back my calories? (Don't shoot me....)
-
Well, that escalated quickly
-
lol? Completely unnecessary My 1200 is based on MFP calculations for my height/current weight/goal weight - I didn't decide on 1200 off the top of my head
-
.5lb per month?! Way too low.....
-
Very reassuring! Might try to up my daily intake and see how it goes - I've been stuck at the same weight for weeks now
-
Honestly I was considering not tracking my food at all anymore and just focus on eating healthy instead, because I can never keep it under 1200 anyway. Then on the other hand I tracked granola today and figured out my moderate portion was 100g and 500 calories! The ingredients are mostly clean/whole food but 500 is way too…

P.s. forgot to mention I'm 5'2" FML hate being small!
-
My BMR is 1412
-
Yes please :)

Lowest fat, carbs/sugar

Looks like I'll be making my own! Thanks all. And thanks for the recipe!
-
I struggle with this too. Especially as calories can vary so drastically when you eat out! I suppose guessing is the only way
-
M&S has a reduced fat too...though pretty high in calories. Suppose it's ok if you limit portion size - I'd only be having it with crackers anyway as a small snack. On another note...is Hummus even healthy?
-
Thanks! Is Sabra ranked high on healthiness though? I'd assume some brands have a load of crap thrown in!
-
I was just about to create a thread about this. I am over mine without fail every day! My recommended intake is currently 24...it's impossible! Today I'm at 29 and this is what I ate: Breakfast: Omelette - 2 medium eggs, 25ml semi-skimmd milk, 2 slices ham, a few pieces of chicken. Dinner: Salmon with soy and ginger…
-
I'm struggling with this too. Finally manged to give up cereal which helped a lot...but now I'm eating fruit and yogurt for breakfast and it's even worse! (In terms of sugar) A 150g portion of Yeo Valley 0% fat vanilla has 23g of sugar. I'm way over the limit at the first meal! I know Greek yogurt is better but I can't…

How do you do it properly? For high intensity how high do you need to go? E.g. How many mph on the treadmill for how long?
-
Rice Krispies... Can someone PLEASE tell me if they're healthy? They're the lowest I can go sugar wise. And I have 2 (big) bowls a day so if it's not healthy I'm screwed!
-
P.s. I'm a cereal addict...
-
I'm the same - everything is in check except sugar. I can't seem to cut it down any more!
-
Thanks everyone!
-
That's what I find odd too! Ok so take BMI out of the equation. I am 5'2" , 11 stone & a UK size 12/14. That is definately overwight - so why is my body fat percentage in the healthy range? I'm thinking this website must be inacurate!
-
Thanks everyone for all your replies. I am now on porridge (with sweetner) and Cheerios (best I can do at the minute!).
-
Thanks I think I'll get my BMI done by a professional!
-
Yep many of you right about the sugar craving. I had all intentions of having a healthy breakfast this morning but needed sugar so caved and had coco pops.... Goal tomorrow = omlette or porridge
-
Tagaliatelle or Noodles with soy sauce - incredible!
-
Looks like you can only get them in America! Gutted - They look amazing!
-
Never heard of them. Do you know if you can buy in UK/Ireland?
-
Are Cheerios healthy? I love the Honey Nut ones, but would settle for regular if they're healthy!

What's Stevia?
