I feel "heavy" when I run. If you are a runner, you should know what that means. My legs seem lethargic and I'm having a hard time getting through my long runs. I get enough protein. Thanks for the websites ^^^

I did P90 because my husband had bought it and was doing it. I loved the cardio, plyo, and yoga. I was not a fan of the push ups and chin ups (however, I know I needed it). Perhaps runners knee or you are irritating your IT band. I would try switching your shoes -- get properly fit.
