They're only unhealthy if they have some sort of sauce on them. They're just flash frozen. I buy frozen broccoli because it's easier to toss into recipes. I also buy it fresh and roast it. Both ways are good.

Try for some more calorie dense foods. I have a hard time with a huge volume of food because it bloats me. I go for nuts and avocados to boost calories and fat.

Thanks! I feel like calories are kind of irrelevant for me right now. I'm just trying to eat enough whole foods. Cut out the processed junk. I'm having a hard time eating my 1800 calories a day plus.
