  • the new All Bran crackers have some fiber, I love 'em so much it's hard to put down. I'm sure you couldn't eat "too much" of them. Also, I think most types of dried fruits have lots of fiber, so if prunes don't work...chopped up apricots, craisins etc.

  • Diet Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate is good too, on these cold days!!! I've also tried the 'No Pudge' brownies. They're a bit more pricey, but an awesome replacement for high fat ones! You barely taste any difference. (they have mint choc. and cappucino flavors too) mmmmmmmmm
  • I feel for you. I am doing the same thing. I usually eat the most random combinations of salads and sandwiches and its hard figuring out how much of each ingredient is there.   • I agree! some foods you can't find, but usually something similar is there. This is the best free site I've found so far, and I really dont have time to search. Even though I'm 26 I really wanted to cut back on sodium as well as lose the lbs. So it's great that it totals it all up for me. Hope it works for you.
