I'm in the same boat. At this point I really could care less what the scale says. I want to lose body fat and tone up! So far it hasn't been easy for me (I'm a vegetarian). I think I need to start eating more and maybe taking more protein supplements. I'm kinda clueless though.

I'm 23-years-old, 5'7". I'm currenty 116 pounds and I consume around 1500-1600 calories per day. I work out 5 days a week (this includes cardio all 5 days and weight training 3 of the 5). On my two days off I like to do yoga! :wink:

Too funny! Today was my yoga day. :)

I always go with a smoothie! I like to use a cup of lowfat cherry kefir, a cup of frozen berries, 2 tbsp of chia seeds, a handful of fresh baby spinach, and a scoop of chocolate shakeology. It so tasty, keeps you full, and is an easy early morning fix. :) It's pretty much full of everything you need!

Thank you all for your help! :) And, it is working for me. I just really want to be healthy. I know that anyone can lose weight, even while doing it an unhealthy way. But my ultimate goal is to be fit so I just want to make sure that I'm doing everything that I need to.
