Anybody taking Skinny Fiber, if so what are your thoughts?

    I took it last month, ...I didn't have a extreme amounts of weight loss but it did help with my appetite control some. The best part and the part I was worried most about was if I would gain the weight right back like you do with so many other diet pills (though the lady I bought this off of, told me it isn't a diet pill but a supplement.)..and I didn't..Honestly though I would have probably been better off just saving my money
