Thanks for all the comments!! I am thinking of adding more calories, since 1200 is not really working out for me right now (: and yes, I have been lifting weights and exercising so that might be the reason I haven't been losing weight. haha Thanks anyways! x

remember, if this is your first week you might be losing water weight.. Since it is not normal if you lose 6 pounds a week, it is not healthy either. (best to lose 1lb/week) However it is still great!! Keep the work up Also a tip: To get the best weight, it is best to weight yourself on one day of a week at the same time…

ahh I haven't been doing much exercise... I'm just lazy, and i know it.. about 3 times a week.. I should up my game and make it 5-6 times a week!! Also I have been drinking a lot of water min 8 cups/day.. So that is good... Happy wednesday everyone!

aww, i try to do cardio everyday, but my muscles are hurting like CRAZY after rugby training on sunday... And have a big game coming up on Friday and Sunday. So I guess im letting my muscles rest. But so far this week I am drinking more that 8 cups of water! :)
