  • Try using a bottle that you have to "suck" the water out. I drink it down fast like that and just ignore the lack of flavor.
  • Thanks everyone for all your diverse opinions! I think it is really interesting to hear different strategies for dealing with the constant offerings of high sugar/fat goodies this time of year. I am a teacher and I know the food is going to be POURING in the building next week. *sigh* This is a true test of my will.
  • Thanks for the encouragement, everyone. I have always weighed myself DAILY when I am tracking my food and trying to lose. I can't hep it! I usually find the results to be encouraging whenever they show up! Also if I get a little off track my scales tattle!
  • Did well today - roast chicken and steamed broccoli for dinner. I still have some calories left and I have done so well, what should I spend the calories on? A Swiss Miss frozen bar ( 100 calories) or a glass of red wine?? Hmmm decisions decisions....
