The most you lost in a week?

NSV: Stairs
It happened when I wasn't paying attention, but I realized last night that I can hop up a flight of stairs with no problem, without pulling myself up the banister or anything! Just hopping from one step to the next and not even winded at the top. Felt awesome and worth all the hard work so far!

noob running question
Training for a 5K and trying to increase my mileage by 10% each week. Yesterday was a scheduled rest day but instead of resting I hiked 5 miles. Newbie lost over 1 lb already!
I only joined 2 days ago but tracking my meals is leading to loss already. I know 1 lb isn't much and from experience I also know that the first few pounds drop off quickly when you cut back on intake. However I am pleased and motivated!
