Tomorrow my hubby and I are going to see some friends we haven't seen in several weeks. Hubby has been losing weight and our friend noticed, and told him that I was also losing weight. Now I am worried...what if they look at me and say to themselves, "What do you mean she is losing weight?"
I have only lost 5 or 6 pounds, so I don't expect to knock anyone's socks off. However I have been running a lot and I believe my clothes fit me differently. But I wasn't going to say anything to my friends and just wait and see if anyone noticed. But hubby spilled it....

Don't worry about what other people are thinking, they're going to think what they want anyway & there's not a damn thing you can do about it. If they have any tact, they won't mention it at all. Nobody noticed my (small) weight loss until I'd lost 15ish lbs, which is to be expected.
Just keep doing what you're doing & soon enough everyone will see your progress. (:0
