Lately, I've been having a big bed of baby greens with kidney beans, celery, carrots, parsley, and then a couple tbs. of guacamole and balsamic drizzled on top. The balsamic goes SO well with the guacamole to make a sort of dressing/veggie dip.

I would say the best thing to try would be cutting everything you KNOW irritates your stomach as a start. Add some spirulina and chia seeds. Both are good in smoothies. Flax seed is fun to throw in as well for some omegas. Nutrional yeast also has high protein content and a wonderful cheesy taste. Just make sure you research your diet as well so you know you're adding the right foods. Good luck! :)
