I eat those choc. teddy grahams. 12 bears are a good little snack, only 65 cal. and 2g fat... plus it satisfies my choc. craving! :smile:

I take breakfast "off" every couple days. It's not really a planned thing though. I work 24hr shift so I get off work at 8am. By the time I get home, shower and get the kids off to school its usually 10-1030. I usually grab a small snack (yogurt) and wait till lunch. Not sure the success/detriment of my actions since I've…
