  • Well she could be loos ing water weight or even muscle and since you're working out so much you're probably gaining muscle which weighs more than fat.   • I am too! Now while I'm at work I get a break every two hours so during the two breaks that aren't lunch I eat an apple or something and drink a full bottle of water and that will hold me over until the next break.
  • What I do is reward myself with a new outfit for every 10 pounds i loose. If you're on a diet and only lost two pounds so far you should save that moeny to buy more as you get into smaller sized and it always feels great to fit into a smaller size.

  • I've started walking alot and the downside is that I get really hungry when I walk. Its especially bad at work. (I work at KFC) I have started walking 30 minutes to work and when I get there I am starved and cant seem to keep myself from munching on wedges and chicken strips all day. So I go way over my calories!
