I want a whole new wardrobe and I want to get lipo on my thighs. They were always huge even when I was skinny everywhere else., so I don't think they'll go away with diet and exercise. I also want a tummy tuck to repair the damage of having big babies.

When I found out I was considered obese, none of my clothes fit, and people kept asking when my baby is due. That's the worst, they dont wonder if I'm pregnant, Im so big they just know it and I'm not.

Tea is a great idea. I was actually buying variety packs and trying different brands. I haven't found one I like yet. (acquired taste maybe, I used to hate coffee). I should get back to sampling different kinds though.

You could cook up several meals at once on the weekends and freeze them to use through the week.

Vodka is gonna be the way to go. I think vodka and cranberry is good for you and won't undo all your hard work.

I always eat afterwards because when I'm done working out I'm starving. My trainer did say to eat a small snack about an hour or two before you go. I have heard that if you don't give your food time to digest before a workout you're just going to burn off what's in your stomach and not any fat. I dont know if thats true.

When I was your age I weighed 130 and I'm 5'7. I looked really good. So unless you have a very small frame I wouldn't reccomend losing that much weight. Thanks. This dieting and eating healthy stuff is so coplicated! I have alot of trouble making sure im getting the right amount of calories and carbs and ectectect. But as long as im trying im making a huge improvement tho :)

They are so low in calories and everything else its not really worth the trouble to do all that weighing. I just try to get a pretty good estimate on things. With just about any food there is no way to get an exact amount, just like you won't get an exact amount of calories you burn when you're exersizing. I'd just use…

My goal was about 1700 calories a day but I just updated and now its 1660. I'm usually pretty close to the goal.

I'm trying to stick to only 1 a day anyway. I cant give them up completly just yet. Im proud of myself though I was drinking 4-5 a day.

Just based on the nutrition label I thought they were actually pretty good for you. Too bad the nutrotion label wont tell you if its gonna make you fat anyway. one potato isnt going to turn you in to a cow so Id say dont eat them every day but they should be fine in moderation. just like anything else that tastes good :)

I know I couldn't do it. I could wipe that out in 1 meal and a snack. It doesn't sound healthy at all. I'd ask your doctor. Besides, if you're trying to loose weight and keep it off you have to change your life style. You're not really going to spend the rest of your life eating that little are you?

I would try to get atlest a little closer to your goal. You havde to make sure you're eating enough to burn calories. Sometimes I'm 100 or 200 under and I just let that go but 800 is a little much I think.

I think its normal. Everybody reaches a plateau where they just can't seem to drop any more lbs but if you keep pushing you'll start dropping again.

I use splenda and low fat french vanilla. Its not as good as it used to be with real sugar and a ton of chocolate creamer but its still pretty good. I'm trying to wean myself off of the caffiene all together and get my energy from healthy food.

You're right. I think I'm just trying to justify things. Like I really want that pizza everybody else is eating but I dont have time to workout today but I did clean up and go to the store...that burns calories. That pizza doesn't look so good anyway.

The salt will make you hold water which will make you look fatter than you are. Caffiene makes you hold water and I was drinking like 4 mountian dews a day or more. I lost 3 lbs in water weight alone in 2 days just by cutting down to one soda a day. Salt is also bad for your blood pressure and other stuff.

Its ok! You have to reward your self every once in a while or you'll never stick to the diet.

I do too! Especially when I'm depressed or when like today my bf offers to take me to lunch and then brings home pizza for dinner. The best advice I can give you is eat fruits and veggies throughout the day. They're so healthy and non-fattening you can pretty much eat all day long without being hungry. I'm under my calorie…
