I just added calcium to my list. I've been going over on it. Will that hurt my weight loss in any way? I'm on the depo shot too whhich robs me of calcium. I think going over is a good thing but I also thought that about protein at one time too.

Loosing weight but getting bigger!
Ok I just weighted myself and did my measurements. I've lost weight but my thighs belly and chest have all gotten bigger. So I guess I'm loosing pure muscle or something. I havent started working out yet. Is it normal to loose muscle and gain fat while im on this diet?

Chocolate thats not too bad

Is it too good to last?
I've been on mfp for 10 days, i've lost 8 lbs. Is it normal to start out loosing that fast? Is it healthy? Anyone else who has lost at about the same rate, did you keep loosing that fast? I hope I do but at the same time I also know that it could causes problems.

I quit smoking and gained 6 pounds in 2 days!
I'm hoping someone can give me some advice. I am quitting smoking and starting my diet over at the same time. I've always substitiued foof for ciggerattes and vice versa.
