I recently got a second job. so now I'm working 15 or 16 hours a day and I havent had the energy to work out. I stay hungry all day, sometimes I break down and get candy bars from the vending machine just to kill the humger pains. I had lost eight pounds and now i have started gaining it all back. I've got to find some energy and time to work out and lose this appetite. Any advice?

Gee, sorry, it's gotta be depressing to start gaining weight back that you worked so hard to lose!
Working 2 jobs and so many hours, it's going to be really tough trying to find the energy to exercise.
I HAVE heard though that if you just watch your food intake, you really DON'T have to exercise. I exercise to give me MORE numbers! Since you're hungry all the time, you've just gotta find SOME foods that are really filling, yet won't have many calories. And drink LOTS AND LOTS of water, that's ALWAYS filling.0 -
~FIBER ONE BARS ARE DELICIOUS AND I THINK THEY ARE JUST AS GOOD AS A CANDY BAR. THEY HAVE 140 CALORIES AND WILL CURB YOUR APPETITE.
~QUAKER SNACK BITE CARMEL RICE CAKES. DELICIOUS. TRUST ME THE SOUND OF A RICE CAKE TURNED ME OFF TOO BUT THESE LITTLE GUYS ARE AWESOME. CRUNCHY ALSO SO YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR GETTING SOMETHING "BAD" FOR YOU.
AND YES LOTS OF WATER
