It doesn't matter where the cal come from, if the total count is under. But surely it's healthier to avoid junk. I used to eat clean 5 days a week, and save my junk for weekends.... The cheat days were Sat. Or Sun. Or both.... On Monday I would weight 5 lbs extra, but by Wed. all was gone.

Over in protein is good. Over in sugar, only it it comes from fruit, is ok too.... From candy, pastry etc, not. I can't do 1200 either. It's impossible. Just the milk in my coffee in the morning is 260, and I need my coffee and don't like it black either. Then there are practically 1000 Cal left to eat, which is impossible…

Are you serious? I would starve on 1300 cals a day, because I weight more or less 130 lbs. I am eating about 2000-2500 a day and I am maintaining . And that is normal but relatively clean ( with exceptions ) , eating.

I did. See my avatar. First pic 151lbs. Second pic `129 lbs. Started in Jan. 2013..... by April I was in maintenance. I have been maintaining since then... plus/minus 4 lbs. up and down..... I did exercise regularly and ate clean, with Sat. and Sun. as "cheating" day and ate whatever I wanted.

Thank you for your answers . After countless emails with costumer service I mailed it back, at my expense . Too many firmware issues about which the developers can't seem to be able to fix. I am waiting for them to receive it and refund my money. So disappointed !
