Sadly yes. I have it too. My face is kind of long. My face was kind of skinny even when I was fat. I lose weight from top to bottom.... First my face, then I lose my boobs, then my middle, then my bum, lastly my thighs and legs.... What can I do? Not much.....

I eat about 2000-2500 cals a day. Sometimes in the weekend more. I go to gym 5- 6 times a week. Usually I lift weights for about 30- 45-60 min and after I do cardio another 30-45 -60 min ... ( depends, if I lift weights 30 min then I do 60 min of cardio, and the other way around. Also it depends on my energy level...…

Kale is amazingly healthy. Personally I remove the stems and steam it. Then eat it with tzatiki or cottage cheese. Alone isn't very pleasant, a bit bitter..

You lost 25 lbs and nobody notices? They must be blind! Unless you are one of those half-a-ton person, ( which I think you're not ), it's impossible for 25 lbs to go unnoticed. They must be jealous!

I don't really understand this circuit thing.... How to you do weights for lets say 5 min then go jump on a cardio machine for another 5 then go back to your weight training, and again, interrupt it soon just to go do a little more cardio? I have some extra skin too, on my boobs and belly.... not much on my arms. I use pure Argan oil to massage into trouble areas after shower and I think it works.

I am jealous on all of you with big boobs.... mine went from 34C to next to nothing.... pancakes..... 34B with padding and pushup... I don't get out of the house without a pushup bra......

You need more calories . Surplus will build muscle. You might get a little bit of fat along the way, but you can burn that off after bulking. 5 min cardio warm up 45 min weight lifting - I do one big muscle group and 1 small muscle ( big ones: back, legs, chest ), ( small ones: abs, biceps, triceps, shoulders ). Don't believe it. Not possible. I looked at your diary. It's fairly clean. And little cals too. Machines aren't accurate,and trainers are not perfect. Just human. Take pics. You will see a difference in those if you really gained fat.

Thank you..... Yes, I have no choice but to eat what is in the fridge. Don't want to go into details but I just cannot "get rid " of it/ ( moral reasons).... so I am enjoying it even though I am fully aware it's terribly bad for my shape. Thank you all! A little bit of "celebration" over the weekend and I went up by 2 lbs.... Not worried though From what I understand I need a little extra calories to build muscles.
