I think I eat enough, well I'm never starving and I have always eaten relatively healthy my one vice being alcohol but when i drink I don't eat and its only once or twice a year so hopefully that doesn't make too much difference

My problem is that I work night shift 4 nights a week and average 3-4 hours sleep a day the bulk of that being very short naps throughout the day, I just don't have the energy to do any form of exercise! on my days off I still have no energy and spend most of my time trying to make up for lost sleep, its pretty much been…

I have a predisposition to type 2 diabetes and a heart condition so would like to keep both sugar and sodium down but now I'm confused! as long as I'm ok with the carbs then I shouldn't worry about the excess in sugar?

I'm having the same problem, can't seem to keep the calories up but I seem to go over with sugar and sodium which worries me a little, I think my diary is open if anyone wants to look
