I would think it is because you are building muscle. Did your measurements change? This would be a better way to see if the weight is changing into muscle. Hang in there the scales will move one day.

I am new to the program and have a few friends. I am hoping to log in regularly. I am usually on in the afternoon or evening. I do get up very early and can log on planning out my meals for the day.

An excercise ball might be a good way to help strenthen your core without straining your back too much.
