Well it does make it harder when you have someone who isnt supportive around you that encourages you to be self destructive but only YOU are responsible for your weight loss. Eventually people respect your decisions.

I am still on my journey because its a never ending battle but it does get easier at some point. I lost over 200 pounds and have kept it off for the most part for over 7 years. The key is never losing the consistency of counting calories and working out even when you get to your goals!

Im over it Ive had to do it for so long its like a part of my arm lol I think I might know the calorie value for almost any food out there I have a calorie counting book in my brain.

Yeah it really fell off now that Im a bit older its a lot harder to lose but I havnt been a angel with my diet either.

I dont do it anymore I used to but I think its good to have a day where your muscles can relax

Jgrubb you can do it I lost 200 pounds in about a year and some change Its all about diet cut out as much sugar especially quick burning carbs like breads and you will be able to lose weight much easier!

Ive had it for years the only diet that ever works for me is high protein and low carb once you get your weight under control its much much easier to maintain

I do not go to the store hungry and I dont buy any trigger foods. Every once and awhile ill buy some snack food but Ill have one portion and then hide the bag in a deep part of my pantry and for some reason that does the trick for not snacking all day on lets say cheetos lol

When Im sad and unmotivated I do a couple of things one I put a bunch of new music on my mp3 to get me motivated. Then I force myself to get out and so something doesnt matter what it is even taking a walk, working out, going to see a movie, go shopping SOMETHING! I promise you it will cheer you up. I lost over 200 pounds and I kept my weight off for over 6 years and I have put some back on now but I havnt let it get out of control. Basically you can never lose sight of how many calories you have I count calories like a champ and I keep my exercise routine fresh and routine. You can definitely have your cheat meals…

I typically get steamed chicken and broccoli or steamed shrimp and broc with white rice but if they dont have that i get chicken and broc with white rice and I skip all the apps no egg rolls or chicken fingers. If your still hungry won ton soup is pretty low in calories and fills you up really good!
