if we've just started lifting shouldn't we initially gain a few pounds or no? i've gained 1.5 lbs since i've started but i've also upped my calories. i adjusted the formula in the book by 300 calories as the auther suggested and when i do all of the other calculators they put me in the same range between 1400-1700 calories.

i just finished my first week and we are lifting about the same. i do a bit more for lunges and stepups. what i've been doing is increasing in 5 lb increments as i can. if i get to a weight that i couldn't do the full 15 for then i stick to that weight until i can do the full 15. that's only been an issue for seated rows.…

i know i sound cliche but beyonce. aside from my large breasts it's realistic since i have the hips already in place. i also wouldn't mind gaining some inches in height.

this is also something i struggle with. i think because of constantly being worried about where i am as opposed to where i'm trying to be i often get discouraged and fall off the boat. this is something i'm aware of at this point so i try to push through it.

i would just like to say that one valentine's day i went to the gym and actually met a cutie there. it didn't last long but it was something to do. anyways, i'm going to cook a nice salmon dinner for the fam.

i accomplished my lowest weight with no exercise.

a 16 oz tervis cup with pink and green polkadots and a pink lid is kept at my desk. i refill throughout the day as needed. tervis cup at home.

i honestly believe that is a lie they tell you to push you to buy the dress right away. i went to two different stores for the same dress a couple months apart and basically was two different times. one said 6-8 and the other 4-6. when i first started looking 10 months out i was told 8-10.

if you want to do a cleans do it the natural way with plenty of fruits and green leafy veggies. that should clear things up for you. also, what is the quality of your 1200 calories? on days where i eat a vegetarian whole foods diet it is hard for me to reach 1200 calories (so i add in some nuts) but i am never hungry or…

i sometimes still binge at night but now i just make sure i'm binging on fruit/popcorn and water. it seems to workout better for me. maybe slowly make some changes.

make your own peanut butter. get a food processor and some peanuts. just don't overdo the servings.

are you eating fruits and vegetables? the reason i ask is that hey have carbs in them so your carb count may not be as low as you think. based off of what you said you aren't eating enough food.
