Right now, I'm desperate..the scale just seems to be going up and up, and I'm not changing that much with my diet, aside from eating less.

1,050 calories sounds crazy though..aren't you afraid you're going to gain it back when you increase cals?

This is gonna sound stupid, but diet coke!! I know it's technically 0 cals, but it's not the best thing for you..the other day I was really craving one, so I just went for it, but it wasn't even that good!
