Are you seeing a regular doctor, gynecologist or an endocrinologist? If you are not seeing an endo, I would highly recommend that. I did do a strength training class on Tuesday night and I was sore until yesterday LOL! I couldn't move without pain, especially my abs and quads, on Wednesday and Thursday. Friday was better but pretty stiff and sore still. I don't think I could handle twice a week but I guess I will suck it up! I can't stop working out…

I gained 7 pounds this time, even though normally I gain only 2-3. It went away a few days after my period was over and took an extra pound with it!

Are you saying you have lost 12 pounds in two weeks? What are you doing? It has taken me 10 weeks to lose 15 pounds.

Yep. I log all the time though, even though I only count my weight on Mondays. I like to see the fluctuations that way I don't freak out if one Monday I am up a bit because I know that it may just be due to sodium or extra exercise.

I am a full time nursing student and have 2 small children. if I can find time to to work out, so can you. If you can't find time to do it it the gym, there is always weights, youtube and your living room.

I haven't defriended anyone but I did make my diary private because of this. I can't survive netting 200 calories like some people. My weight loss stalls, apparently. I just did a post about it a couple days ago. I upped my calories to 1900 from 1400 on Sunday and then I just dropped 3 pounds as of last night!

I wasn't asking if I should do these things. If you read my post, you will see that I am aware that I need to eat more. What I was really asking is that since I have been on a really big deficit, should I start eating the extra calories all at once or should I try to do it gradually. I just can't fathom that much food. In order to net 1400 calories a day, I would have to eat like 2200 calories on my heavy workout days. It just seems crazy.

Oh and I realize that it sounds ridiculous that I would net 200 cals a day, but if I go to kickboxing and Zumba I have problems eating after so I usually will have just a banana and some peanut butter instead of dinner so my calories for that day are lower anyway.

My cup size never goes down, just my band size, unfortunately. At 225, I was a 38DD, right now I weigh 163 and am a 36DD and at 135 I was a 34DD. I have a lot of back problems and shoulder grooves, so I wish they would go down but no such luck.

Right now, I am 5'4" , 165 lbs and wear a size12 jean. Even when I was at my smallest (135) I still wore a 10. I have hips and a booty no matter what size I am ;)

The physician group that I worked for before leaving to go to nursing school refused to prescribe this. It's dangerous. It can lead to serious cardiac complications. I would rather be heavy than dead, IMO.

So just to make sure I have this right, I should be eating 1817 calories per day and disregard my weight loss calories completely in order to loose 1 pound a week? Couldn't I do 1317 a day in order to loose 2 pounds per week? I guess I don't understand why I can't do this since the minimum is 1200?

I weigh 174.2 and my body fat is around 34%. I can't remember exactly from when I had it checked a couple months ago.
