This thread is so confusing...

Yep a thousand percent. Same goes for men, except most men of course are trying to take pictures during their workout since they appear to be more jacked lol.

There's definitely a personal preference, but a woman can be very muscular but still be feminine... to me at least.

yes :)

oh my, yes.
-
Don't be sorry. That itself is quite attractive.

The answer to the thread... yes :)

Incredibly beautiful eyes!

I know there's a lot of men who feel this way and I just don't get it. A woman who's ripped and in the gym putting in work is incredibly hot. It says a lot about someone's personality if they have goals and are sticking to them.

Thanks for your replies btw. I don't use the forum portion or this site enough.

I definitely have to do a better job tracking. Especially during the "gain season". I'm going to hit my macros and all but figure the more I can eat the better (pending my workouts match as well and the diet of course will have to be clean)

Yeah, I feel like I still have to do some cardio... helps my endurance when lifting too. Did you find that you were able to keep the body fat to a minimum when doing the cardio that you did?
-
mmm... so perhaps this is a question for the exercise thread on losing that "stubborn fat"

You're absolutely right and I should go back and take a look at my numbers that are currently in there... might be outdated. You all are correct though. And like you christinev297, I'm not a patient person either!! lol. I think it just requires a little more discipline. There was some good things I was doing that I stopped…

I use cocoa powder a lot. It has a lot of health benefits and gives that extra chocolate flavour. If you're a dark chocolate fan, add this to any chocolate to make it stronger. I feel like if you do that (especially to the sugar free ones etc.) then you get your craving done with quicker. Plus it's low carb and a source of…

@ ge105 - I like the portobello mushroom idea. I'll give that a try! Everything else you can change quite easily I feel except the crust. Toppings are always personalized but it's the crust that has me thinking. I saw one on here recently that was pretty much cauliflower with Parmesan as the crust. Seems like it did the…

Could you post a recipe for that actually? I'm at work right now and pizza was just brought in... and I rejected it... and left the room. I need to get a good recipe and soon lol.
-
No worries. Thanks! I'll probably play around with it by going more Parmesan into the crust and cottage cheese. It's a trial and error method I guess. I'll try it on Tuesday when I have a little time.
-
I really like this but I find it has wayyyyy too much cheese... not for the taste purpose (can never have too much! lol)... but it would just be excessive fat I feel. Any other alternatives?

Always, but that's me. I'm a hungry person so when I get up I'm usually quite hungry. But this is what I do when I'm in a rush (which seems like always). My usual breakfast 90% of the time consists of: raw oats natural PB cocoa powder banana (maybe) flax seed (maybe). almond milk In a day where I'm in a rush, I just blend…

Great stuff man. It's always good to see someone who had their goal stuck with it and acheived their results.
-
No it's not because this isn't a temporary change for me. It's permanent. It's not something that's set for 8 weeks after which I'll start eating like crap. It's about consistently eating more quality ingredients and eliminating excessive processed foods.

I feel bad for making you write all that because I meant to write low calorie, but wrote calorie dense for some reason lol. So regardless of paleo or not, it's just the low carb diet that'll help me achieve my weight loss goals, hence why people opt for the high veggie route since they are lower in calories.... it just…

I'm making it a lifestyle change rather then a "diet". I'm not bad at all with what I usually eat, just not great. Actually funny you mention that Ana, I have IBS issues too. Which is why it seems like another good idea to cut out stuff like the grains. The high veggie count is calorie dense and will help in the caloric…
