Low carb healthy pizza recipe?
Any suggestions on making a healthy pizza. Don't want to use any bread or wheat at all. Any make shift kinda crust out there? I've seen some people use cottage cheese with stuff. Suggestions?

Evening cravings
At night, I want carbs and desserts big time! I try to usually have a low carb healthy dessert on hand that I make. But for those cutting for example, do you do anything to make sure you don't overeat at dinner? I've read some information on the subject (tiredness usually craves carbs).

L-Carnitine (please move if wrong section)
Has anyone ever used L-Carnitine? Been doing some research on it today. Depending on who you ask, some say it works well as a fat burner and some way it doesn't' do much at all. Just wondering who has used it on MFP and what results they've seen if any. And if they took the liquid/capsule form.

Best way to prep large amounts of food?
So starting September 1st, I will be changing my workouts and diet to put on as much muscle as I can for the next few months. For those bulking, how much cardio do you do per week?
I'm going to be starting my "bulk phase" again in about a month. Was wondering if I was doing too much cardio the last time around, which may have been affecting my gains. I play basketball about once a week and do some intense cardio at the gym 1-2 times a week during the bulk. Perhaps that too much?
