Long story short, I joined this about 2 years ago to track some stuff on MFP. But I've always wanted to burn off a lot of fat but never took it seriously enough... it's the diet. That's always been the challenge for me. I can be in the gym working my *kitten* off 5-6 days a week no problem but it's the desserts especially that are killer.

So I made a new goal. 20lbs from now till my birthday (first week of November). I'm about 200 right now and I think that's more than doable. My new gym has fitness classes that are absolutely brutal to say the last. My goal is eventually to get down to 8% body fat (I don't know what it'll end up being after I lose the 20 pounds). I'm not trying to lose "weight" but want to burn off that fat.

I want that elusive six pack that I've never had in my life. I'm committed this time though.

I've been eating clean but definitely need some new recipes and ideas.
