  • Could anyone suggest a HRM?? I had one but it quit and it was just a cheap one from walmart, I would like one that will last plus be accurate and not extremly expensive. Thanks for any help.
  • I had to take a day off yesterday due to a sick child but i did my day 3 this am, getting better, I am going to really have to push myself.
  • Started day3 but with a sick little one at home i had to quit early so i got half way. may try again later to do the whole thing.
  • Just finished day 2, and boy i was still feeling day 1 i can just imagine how tomorrow will be but i have got to power thru. I was wondering how is everyone recording this in exercise? I don't have a hrm that works right now but was thinking on getting one any suggestions?
  • I think this is a good idea, i don't usually put my information out there but maybe it will help me to know that other people are watching what i do. I did start this morning and ohhh boy are my legs and arms feeling it now. Bust= 37 waist= 39 Hips= 44 Thighs= 23 weight= 171
