Saturday: 3 cups of water... it's so low because I snuck in a 7 hour nap! Craziness, because I slept for 8 hrs Friday night into Saturday which is already 2 hrs longer than usual. I have been getting 5 cups a day. H2O: 24oz Zzz: 15 hrs!!!

I feel like celebrating!!! I hit 33 pounds lost this morning since my highest weight, 11 since utilizing MFP (Down to 311.4 from 344.4). Still a long, long way to go but at least I'm heading in the right direction.

My chronic pain is Fibro & Sacroiliitis, the easiest for me is swimming. Yoga (or at least my attempts at it), step aerobics, and walking are my other choices but I don't last nearly as long as swimming.
