That is awesome! I should make that one of my goals!

I can remember wanting to go that GLJ/New Order/Bunnymen show soooo bad when I was 14. Never did see the first two bands, but saw the Bunnymen in '88. And I have the Wolfgang Press cover of Mama Told Me Not To Come on one of my workout playlists on my IPOD. Best one for me = My Bloody Valentine Detroit 1992.

Me too!! Was more a pinot noir fan but grigio is good stuff!

I've seen a lot of crazy things at the gym (including a guy having pizza delivered while circuit training) but that is too funny!

SW: 190 CW: 127 GW: dunno, 115-120? I'm working more on lifting these days, so the scale may not go down as much as I'd like it to. Height: 5'1 And please feel free to add!

My Bloody Valentine (with Buffalo Tom and Yo La Tengo) at St. Andrews in Detroit 1992. Loudest band I've ever heard live.

I'm 5'1 and 125 lbs. Starting weight was 190. I'm trying to get down to 110-115, but also working on building muscle so I'm not totally relying on the scale. It's more about wearing the size clothes I want to fit into and feeling better about how I look. Any shorties feel free to add me!

Thanks for posting this--you look great!! I'm trying to work on strength training and I get easily frustrated with the friggin scale.

It does indeed make a huge difference when you're petite. I'm 5'1 and weigh 126 as well. I've found some brands that I can wear size 2 or a 5 in junior size, but I suspect those labels/styles run on the large size. Goes back to that whole vanity sizing thing I guess.

It's an older one, but my fave would have to be Lost in Translation. Never thought I'd hear My Bloody Valentine's music in such a mainstream movie! Also, Morricone's theme to The Thing is pretty cool.
