  • sounds a lot healthier than mine lately....however looked at Mondays and you are not eating enough and your sugar intake is high...so might wanna increase the calories and decrease the sugar content. hope that helps

  • exercise or drink water.....if i have a serious craving i try and jog on my treadmill and let some indorphins go and then i feel better or drink drink drink...if i still have a craving i will eat it and chuck the rest out if i know i cant control myself...in saying that i have gorged too
  • just remind yourself that they say hurtful things because of their own issues and remember that your not losing weight for them but for yourself....besides try and look at it on the funny side...you might be able to change the look of your body but can they change their ugly faces

  • id say u lack energy cos u dont eat enuf...your body is a fuel tank and your food is the petrol...dont put enough food in u wont get far. also, if yr energy is lacking that much id up your iron by taking supplements and if that still fails see a doctor as low iron can make you tired and lack energy

  • have you tried interval training? apparently it is better than normal cardio for losing fat quickly and it only takes 20mins 3 times a week which sounds crazy. im testing it as of this week to see if the kilos do start sheddin as i too have been doing a lot of exercise eating well etc and have plateaued or weight has come…
