wow, i am surprised at how many people weigh themselves daily!:noway: I (personally) find it becomes too much of an obsession if i do it daily so doing it every other day keeps me in tab with an official recorded once a week weigh in.
-
Thankyou for your honesty. i am concerned for you even though i dont know you. please go and talk to a doctor, you look too frail
-
hang in there! my weight has been very slow to come off. i have only lost 13kg (about 30lbs) since September last year. i try to remind myself if i hadnt of done anything id prob be 5-10kgs heavier rather than 13kgs lighter. a slow pace is better in the long run for keeping it off.

what an awesome achievement!:flowerforyou:

Hey there Kristin! Please dont give up! i almost did and it was people on here that kept me going and i have finally started losing again. my guess, you are building muscle and muscle takes longer to register on the scale than just fat. also are you drinking heaps cos its true that it flushes out your system....sometimes…

-
oh yeah, and dont weigh yourself that week, just hard on yourself just stay away...too depressing and hopefully week after more to come off.
-
i so have the same problem and have posted about it b4...others have said do extra exercise that time of month, give yourself one sweet thing a day and drink 10 glasses instead of 8....all things im trying and this month ive put on about 1lb instead of my usual 5/6. hope that helps
-
