Can you type in lower case please it is so hard to read all caps as well as it being considered shouting in the internet world.0

I JUST went walking with a friend who wears it and swore by it... I guess since it's only $12 it won't hurt to try it out. I'm gonna pick one up this weekend.0

I tried the sauna belt once...I did sweat a lot in my stomach (it was pouring out when I took it off) but if I drank water it would just come right back. Simply put-to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you consume. This doesn't really burn any calories :S0

Oh...that makes sense...0

Hard work and the right food choices will help to lose weight all over the body. Unfortunately, you can't spot lose. I've had 2 kids and my belly has shrunk A LOT (is it gone? No, but you can just barely see it through my clothes now). How did I do it?
Eating well. Drinking enough water. Cardio. Strength training.
If gimmicks worked - none of us would be on this website asking for help.0 -
Personally, I think, while the caps are loud, why bother replying with just that comment "Mads1997"? Simply dont read it or make a quick comment and be done and get back on topic.
Sorry Luvmesumkenny, Sounds like crap to me. Nothing nothing nothing beats a good balanced diet and exercise!. Your doing good keep it up!!
Agreed AND agreed...0 -
hmmm i agree, y bother making a comment about "capital letters" big deal....ive used the tummy sauna belt and noticed no difference other than it can get really hot and i got burnt once..oops. maybe it works for others but from my experience no, not for me0

kourtney kardashian swears by it & came out with her own ) belly bandit, look it up. they have great reviews & after pregnancy they're supposed to help the elasticity of the skin go back faster & tighter because of the extra support.0

The Sauna Belt is meant to behave as if you are drastically cutting water weight rather than fat. This item would be great for power lifters, body builders, wrestlers and such, those people who have to cut weight for a particular reason and not keep it off. They wrap themselves in plastic bags and layers of sweats during cardio exercises, to sweat off all their water weight. Wearing this would help them further the sweating in the tummy area. This wont work miracles for regular people. Yes, it will help you burn a little tiny bit more weight (mostly water weight) in the midsection, but nothing noticeable inside of a few years of regular use. Using it for a month or even six months really wont make much more difference than the exercise in itself Sweetie. That, and it probably wont make very much of a difference between not having worn the belt and working just as hard.
Although, it may help remind you to tighten your tummy muscles more than you normally would, and activating those would make a difference alone. However, you could do that on your own, or by wrapping a tight cloth around your middle.0 -
