i have four kids under 7 and i manage to somehow find the time to exercise although the sancking of 3 preschoolers is hard. you can choose me as a friend and we can support one another. :tongue:

just keep losing and everything will shrink....my last thing to go too as i have had 4 children in quick succession and my gut hasnt had time to recoperate. it is coming down though as the rest of me slowly shrinks too. dont go for a quick fix.....slow and staedy wins the race....easier for your body too rather than a fast…

i think weekly is good...i log it in here weekly but i dont the week of my period as its too depressing as i put weight on

thanks for all the good advice...good to have some people to vent to that are going through similar stuff. I do limit my carbs and eat more protein so maybe i am building muscle and my clothes are about the same as about 3 weeks ago so no loss in centimetres....starting a new exercise plan this week....bike 10k, run/walk…

lol u guys are way too up there for me.....im a bit of a plodder actually (takes me about 1hour to do 1600-1800 metres) but am keen to know how to speed the time up any ideas helpful...got the knowledge just gotta speed it up.:bigsmile:

oh and dont deny yourself certain foods cos youll prob binge if you do...buy smaller portions or give the rest away if you cant control yourself

interval training....if you are going to run for example dont do it at the same pace for 20 minutes, speed it up, slow it down it gets your heart rate up which increases your metabolism which we are all into im guessing

I had four kids in just over 5 years so mine hasnt gone back to normal and unfortunately i dont know if it ever will without surgery but for me im not prepared to do that so ill just deal with it

ive lost 10lbs 2 (4.5 kg in my world) and i feel great. Gotta keep going though got 15kgs to go (about 40lbs)

i know i do...i can weigh up to 2kg more (about 4lbs) then when its finished i go back down to normal weight

ive had that happen before with my hubby....just be straight with him and let him know hes not helping...if he wants a high calorie snack try and encourage him to do it either at work or away from you.

i think it is totally fine for you to try and lose weight while breast feeding...i am (although mine is only feeding 2 times a day now)..if you dont consume enough calories youll know...youll have a grumpy buba so up them...no biggie and remember that sometimes slow and steady wins the race.

yeah i think that they are good...i have used them after a work out for muscle growth and also because i often struggle to get my protein levels up. they keep you full to. i wouldnt recommend having them more than once a day as i dont see this as a healthy option to losing weight.:bigsmile:
