  • I did better today.9817 steps. By the time I go to bed I am sure I will hit the 10,000 steps.
  • The community section was missing on my home page for 2 days so I did not know how to find this post. I will try to remember approx. what I have done. The last couple of days I have only done around 5000 steps each day. Hopefully today will be better. I am battling a sore hip and a bit of a cold.

  • I mostly eat whole wheat bread or Bavarian rye bread. I find I don't crave carbs if I stick with them. If I eat White Bread, like if I go to a restaurant and give me a roll I am done for.
