I always say listen to your body if it doesn't make you feel run down or jittery and its only a few days a month it seems alright to me. But if I drink a monster I feel cracked out for hours, but i'm super sensitive stimulants

I'm running about 2 miles a day and have been thinking about adding 30day shred to my work out sounds like it is a challenge I'll go ahead and order it on amazon .

I worked out 6 hours a week for 6 months and never dropped a pound I was stronger and in better shape but I wasn't seeing the results I wanted, I was eating healthy food but when I started logging everything I realized I was eating back all the work I was doing in the gym, for me it is always about my diet, I work out…

MFP probably isn't taking into account the amount of mussel that you have, the other thing that I thought may help you is that your body doesn't registar liquid calories the same way it does food you eat so if you are hungry maybe try eating what is in your smoothie instead of drinking it. I used to drink a smoothie for…

Fast food is a personal choice, but to me it is right up there with smoking, it is full of chemicals, unhealthy, and for many people addictive. There are some fast food loop holes like subway or moes where you can customize what you are eating and make it fairly healthy. But as a whole the food is bad for you and just like…

For me it is 70% about what I am eating and about 30% what i do in the gym. I can go to the gym 7 hours a week and I can eat healthy and not lose but if I cut calories the weight comes off. If I drink alcohol I gain weight like crazy. But I also don't have a lot of mussel mass.

I could give you a laundry list of pros and cons of being vegan, but everyones body is different, and you would have to try a vegan lifestyle to see if it works for you. I've found it is better for me my skin cleared up I have more energy, I've lost weight and maintained it and I feel better over all. Most people find that…

You should be trying to get at least 1200 calories a day I am a vegan as well and when I have trouble getting enough cals I eat peanut butter, or other nuts.

I've been thinking of giving up "white" foods , no flower, rice, sugar, mayo. The sugar would be the hardest part for sure I have an awful sweet tooth.

I just went up to 1350 in the past week but if you look back at mine it was usually under 1200,( I eat back my workout calories) I eat lots of fruit and veggies and just kind of graze on food all day I never really eat a meal unless I go out to eat or I cook dinner , which may be unsatisfying for some but it works for me…

for classes I do a google search for calories burned and shoot for the low end , it seems to work ok. another option would be to borrow someones HRM for a class to try and get a better idea.

Ive done it and lost a couple lbs before but not 10 lbs. I do find that I like to do a modified cleaner version of it when i feel like I need to refocus my diet efforts (like after a holiday or vacation). But it isn't sustainable and to drop weight and keep it off their needs to be a life style change. hope this helps

You can do this, I hear that you are frustrated because the scale has stalled, I completely understand that . When I start to beat myself up over not losing weight I focus on my NSV I make of list of things that are better now than when I started (more relaxed, better sex life, healthier body and mind) focusing on these…

I've been working on getting abs too, trying to lose fat and gain mussel I use my waist measurement to determine my process and try to focus less on how much weight I am actually losing, I'm of the belief that getting abs is about 60% of what you eat and about 30% of what you do in the gym

I'd like to add more protein because I'm usually under for my daily intake, and I feel like it takes me longer to recover from workout than my non veg counter parts ( after a good workout my mussels are tender for 3 or more days ). I would like to add more weight training to my workout , but hate feeling sore for so long…
