Sorry to hear you're feeling very low right now! If it helps I was like this last week and gave myself a few days "away" from MFP. I didn't log anything and didn't worry about it. I needed to forget about it for a while. I ate so much crap that I could feel my body didn't want to do anything and I ended up feeling sorry…

I'm having pizza for lunch - and homemade one but I'd rather have a takeaway one! Mine comes in about 350 calories (I think!) 1 tortilla wrap, 5 tablespoons of passata, cheese, and then any toppings you want (I have ham and mushroom). Cook for 8 mins and voila!!! Just found this thread and sneaking on to join the **turning 40 this year** group -eeek! Not looking forward to that. My goal is to be at my target 12 week tomorrow (that's the dreaded day) and I have a 1/2 marathon this Sunday then once I've recovered from that (hopefully not too long) I'll be back to Jillian! I loved her…

I ordered her box set and have done 1 day of 6 week 6 pack and OMG I hurt like mad the next day - so it's obviously working! I did her 30day shred and really enjoyed that and did lose some weight but didn't diet as I should have! Good luck

When I started running I mapped out 1 mile distant and ran that 3 times per week until I managed to complete it without stopping - and I was so chuffed. Then I added more distance and in 2 weeks time am about to attempt my 3rd 1/2 marathon! Take it easy and do what you can - you will have bad days so don't get upset about…

I enjoyed the 30DS and did see results. I am about to start the 6 weeks 6 pack! Quick question (I'm new) how do I add this activity to my exercise as I'm probably being really thick but can't find how to! Thanks and good luck everyone (oh and I'm running my 3rd 1/2 marathon in 3 weeks eeek!)
