I'm more into weight lifting, I lift 5 days a week for around 45 mins, I start every morning with fasted cardio, I have been doing 45 mins, but I'm thinking of dropping down to 30 mins.

Sorry, yes I mean concentrate vs. isolate. I've never had any issues with the taste of it, I really enjoy it & look forward to it after my work outs. But, I will check out the brand you recommended as well. Thanks!

Right, I understand that. But, I just wasn't sure if they would be in general good or not. I mean cookies & cakes can be fit into our calories for the day as well. But, if doesn't make them good for us to eat regularly.

The diet plan I was given only allows fish, chicken, oatmeal, brown rice, sweet potatoes, egg whites, protein shakes & green vegtables.

Exactly like I know I shouldn't be eating cookies & pizza if I want to lean out lol. But I don't see the harm in things like berries, cottage cheese & almond milk. Which are foods that I normally eat daily.

Yes, exactly why I said "was" seeing her. I decided not to use her services & just do this in my own thru research & getting advice here from people who have more experience than me.
