How to add flavor to smoothies without fruit?
I'm going on a pretty strict cutting diet & I normally add 4 strawberries to my morning protein smoothie. But, my trainer says I can't have any fruit, not even a few strawberries. So any suggestions on what I can add instead for flavor? TIA!

How to recover on treamill during HIIT?
I've recently started doing HIIT on a treadmill. I do a 20 second run at 11 MPH with a 40 second rest at 3MPH. Are all forms of HIIT equal? Read on please..
Whether they are done on a treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, jump rope or by running on the street. As long as you are doing the heart rate up & down patten will you pretty much get the same results? Not sure how many carbs to have with lunch?
I normally eat sweet potato as my carb with lunch. But, I can't figure how many ounces are in a serving? I eat it with 4oz of protein & 1 cup of green veggies. If it helps I'm 5'3 118 pounds & I'm trying to lose about 5 pounds. I have my macros set to 35% Carbs, 45% protein & 20% fat.

Boo Tuna!
So I bought some 12oz cans of tuna thinking I would get three 4oz servings out of it. I didn't realize that the extra 4oz was just water. So after I drained it out I was left with just 2 servings still :angry:

Am I the only one who doesn't get full off of popcorn?
I know it's a great low calorie snack, but I can literally eat a huge bowl of it & still be hungry. Yet, I always hear people saying it's a great filling snack. It makes me more hungry! lol

How much cardio do you do?
I have heard that going past 30 mins of cardio at a time doesn't do much. I normally do 45 mins on my elliptical every morning. I'm wondering if 30 mins would do the same job or if that extra 15 mins really makes a difference? Opinions?
