Has anyone tried both? Is the taste pretty much the same? I was doing the Isolate version, because I thought it would help with *ahem* gas lol! But, I don't see a huge difference from when I was just doing the Julian Michael's protein powder, so I'm thinking of just using the regular Body Fortress powder, it's cheaper & you get a lot for your money.

Not sure what you mean by "regular" version. Do you mean concentrate vs. isolate? In terms of overall benefit of protein supplementation, it makes very little difference. Some like the "purity" of isolate and the fact that it is faster acting. In the long run, there is no short metabolic window and the benefit of concentrate can be just a good as isolate IMHO.

On a different note, Body Fortress is inexpensive but I think the taste and texture are horrid! I order Gaspari Myofusion on line for a fairly reasonable price and think that both the taste and texture are far superior. Not even close.

Sorry, yes I mean concentrate vs. isolate. I've never had any issues with the taste of it, I really enjoy it & look forward to it after my work outs. But, I will check out the brand you recommended as well. Thanks!
