Oops and ato answer your other question, I eat a healthy dinner (usually chicken and broccoli) about an hour before. I do Zumba and water aerobics and have never felt bad when exercising.

I personally don't like to eat before I go to bed, when I work out until 8pm, I don't eat when I get home. I have read that it is better to go to bed a little hungry and your body will burn more fat, than burning what you just ate. I think that was from Jillian Micheals. I have been losing steadily following that.

I found chocolate covered strawberries and raspberries- the raspberries are covered with white chocolate. I only eat what the portion is- 90 calories, sometimes I eat 2 portions, but I feel like I am eating ice cream or something. They are very yummy.

I am almost 47 and currently weigh 212, I really cannot wait to be under 200, and more! You should not let it bother you, but if it does, I would not weight during that time!! Personally it plays with my mind when the scale goes up, so it is easier for me to ignore the scale, until I know the bloating and such is gone.

I have my calories set to what MFP suggest, but I keep hearing and have read about the TDEE - 20% I had a personal trainer/nutritionist tell me to use the MFP calories. My goal for today is to go home after work, make dinner, tacos with Turkey meat- and go bak to the Y to workout. I was going to go right after work, but my son needed my Kindle for school- he has some books on it. Well I need my Kindle to read my book while I work out, things go much faster that way.

When I started reading this, I thought, yeah someone else gets it! I do not like many veggies, really only green beans and corn. I do not enjoy eating healthy, at all.
