This issue is often as much mental as physical. First off your body wants to stay the same as it is. it hates change as much as the rest of us. Also around 15-20 is when people start noticing the change in weight so you (collective you, not personal you) can start feeling good and thinking all is well and start slacking…

if you loss slowly you skin will shrink with you, to a point.

Hair is made of excess protein. when you lose weight you body uses more protein so if you do not have enough protein then you lose hair. Biotin does not help with this. Try adding more protein and the hair loss should stop.

Weight loss was once described to me and going down flights of stairs and every once in a while you hit a landing. Plateaus can last a few days to a few months. Most times this is the body time to catch up with the weight lost. You may notice the inches coming off.

It depends on my mood but I use Fall Out Boy's Save Rock and Roll, Black Veil Brides, some Flo Rida. I also have some song just for motivation such as Disney's Hurcles- I can go the Distance, Gym Class Heroes - the Fighter, Heather small - Proud, and a few others

It's ok. I have a lot of the same issues, I have been told that this has to do with hormones being released but fat cells.

woke up early and instead of rolling over and going back to sleep I added time to my workout, I beat my personal best on calories burned because of it.

I learned this in my retail days. 30 pound = 1 size, on average. I have lost 50 pounds though and have only lost size myself.
