I have been on the program since April and am down 42 lbs. I really like the program, it's really the only way I have been successful in losing weight. The holidays are TOUGH, but that is the case with any weight loss effort. Temptation at every turn!

The Book Thief and I absolutely love it!

I used a lot of the soups at first, but they get very old fast. Now I am sticking with the drink mixes and the soy snacks. I have been buying Atkins bars that are similar in carb, fat, protein and calorie to the IP bars at a MAJOR cost savings. I usually have 2 oz of protein and 2 cups of vegetables/salad at lunch time and…

I have had mixed reviews with the Walden products. I HATED the Chipotle Ranch, couldn't even eat my salad. Terrible. The thousand island is better and the italian is ok, but I still prefer to just make my own salad dressing with vinegar, olive oil and herbs. The pancake syrup is ok, but I have not had good results making…

I started IP on 4/9/14 and I am down 12 lbs so far! The first few days were hard, had headaches and felt very tired, but since then I have felt great! I'm amazed at the calorie level of the plan and that I'm not hungry. Thank you, ketosis!

Hi everyone - my name is Stacey and I am a 38 yr old from Texas. I have a Master's degree and work in the medical field. I have struggled with weight issues on and off for most of my life. I have been on MFP for awhile and found it helpful, but I keep falling back into bad habits. My highest weight was 320 and I am at 317…

Hi there, I'm Stacey and am currently at 314. My highest weight was 320. I want to lose weight for a lot of reasons but the primary reason is so I can start a family. I would love to have more MFP friends, so feel free to add me!

These sounds delish. Thanks!

Thanks all for the support and suggestions. Let me also add that I have been seeing this endo for two years and I am on Metformin. She is a regular endo but one of her specialties is PCOS, which I is why I chose her in the first place. I saw her a month ago and she had me schedule another appointment and now all of a…

The ones that come in the plastic tubs last longer.

Thanks, Renee for organizing. Way to go, Pink Team, our little team lost 9 lbs this week, that's great!

hey guys, I weighed this morning but have not yet submitted my weekly result to Jonas. Part of me would like to wait and weigh in the morning tomorrow to hopefully allow some this water to even out from my TOM this past week. Any issues with that? I know we can't draw for advantages until everyone has submitted.

I usually have white wine spritzers or michelob ultra. Drink a lot of water that day before you go.

Today, I said NO to: free samples of Jimmy John's sandwiches, chocolate from the vending machine at work, frozen yogurt (before dinner), tortilla chips and the Sonic turtle shake that was calling my name. Geez, that's a lot of temptation!

I have several of her DVDs and switch them out - I really like them, especially in the summertime when it's 105 degrees out! I have found some are easier than others, but I feel like I get a good cardio workout and some of the videos include hand weights. The time seems to go by fast, much more so than on the treadmill.

Thank YOU, Rachel, for your constant stream of positivity and encouragement!

You can't compare weight measured on different scales.

Oh geez, I tried to go out and do this after work and it was 101 degrees out. I thought I was going to pass out. Going to try again tonight.

Hey guys - I am planning to go to a nearby track and do a test mile run/walk. I have some Leslie Sansone videos and her brisk walking miles are about 15 min, so I am hoping to do better than that and jog at least some of it. We'll see! I think the hardest thing will be making the time for my workouts. I am planning to do…

Well, did everyone make it through the holiday ok? Hope everyone has a great week! Go Pink!

Hi everyone! My name is Stacey and my starting weight is 297.4. I would like to lose 26 lbs during this competition and get my weight down to 271. I plan to combine walking with a mix of cardio and strength training videos and stability ball exercises/free weights. So happy to meet all of you and I am excited for this…

First of all, a 21 lb loss is awesome! You've just hit a plateau. Change up your exercise, vary your calorie intake a bit. I used to have a personal trainer that would tell me to do that because your body gets used to what you're doing and stops losing. Change it up! I'm sure you will see the scale moving again soon. Also,…
