Alright team I thought that I would start a forum where we can gather to learn about each other and support each other and so anyone that is a fan of us can come and lend us support! We can do this journey together!!! We are going to kick some butt and show no mercy!!!
So I guess with today being Day one weigh in day lets start out by telling everyone our first names (so we can get to know each other a little more personally) what our starting weight is, what our goal is for these 13 weeks of the competition, and how we plan on getting there? Every Day I will try to post some kind of topic of the day. So let's do this together!

I will be the first to post, my name is Renee.
My starting weight today is 285.6
My goals for these 13 weeks is to lose at the very least 26 lbs, would be really happy with 33, anymore then that and I feel it would be too quickly! But we will see!
This comming week I will be starting working with a personal Trainer, I have paid for 10 weeks so I hope she can kick my butt in gear!

Hello My name is James and my starting weight is 248.9 lbs. My goal at the end of 13 weeks is 219, So roughly about 2.3 lb. a week. My Plan for the next 13 weeks is working out with a combination of Walking, Running, Stationery Bike, Biggest Loser Cardio Maxx, Biggest Loser Challenge for the Wii, Wii Fit Plus, Push Ups, Sit Ups & Abdominal Crunches.

Current weight is 229lb, I would love to break the 200lb mark by the end of week 13, so I will have to step up my game.
My plan of attack includes Zumba and My fittness coach ( PS3), walking, and 30 DS for the last month for a strong finish, if I last that long, lol.0 -
Hi everyone! My name is Stacey and my starting weight is 297.4. I would like to lose 26 lbs during this competition and get my weight down to 271. I plan to combine walking with a mix of cardio and strength training videos and stability ball exercises/free weights.
So happy to meet all of you and I am excited for this challenge!

Hello everyone! Its amazing that I came upon this post! Right on target too for my phase 2 plan of attack.
My name is Colleen and my starting weight is 226. My mini goal for this competition is to lose 27 lbs and to get to my next goal of Oneder Land... 199 lbs!! I will be walking, treadmill, strength training, water aerobics and bike riding. r
I'm so happy to meet all of you and to lend any support I can! I'm very excited about this challenge... we can do this!!

Sorry about not posting a topic yesterday but I was out on the lake enjoying the fourth and my Grandpas birthday so not near a computer. I did log most of my food using my iPhone but never finished it for the day! Today is a new day and today is the day I kick this in High Gear!!!!

My Biggest Challenge during this competition is probably going to be to not get discouraged when other people are losing more weight then me!0 -
Hey guys - I am planning to go to a nearby track and do a test mile run/walk. I have some Leslie Sansone videos and her brisk walking miles are about 15 min, so I am hoping to do better than that and jog at least some of it. We'll see!
I think the hardest thing will be making the time for my workouts. I am planning to do some early morning work outs on the two days that I work from home. The rest of the week will be evening --which is the hardest for me.0 -
Alright Team lets get those Miles run!!! I did it today and got a time of 14:50 would love to get it down to at least 12 min but will be happy just to get it below 14 I don't know how well we are going to do this week as a team in this challange there are a few members on some of the other teams that are runners or have run before!!! But we will do our best and that is all we can do!0

Well I am out for my run/walk in a little while, so here goes .
I am going to attempt day 1 of the C25K, just incase I do better than expected, lol, and I have something to build on. Just going to look it up now ( God love's a trier).
Then I can get my time in before Jonas tells me off ( only kidding), hats off to him, he has put a lot of time and effort into this.
As I don't have gym membership, I will have more bits of electronics attached to me than a Cyber man, lol. ( and no pockets, could be interesting)
@ Healthygirltx - I would be on the floor in that heat, I am not surprised you are trying again. I think it is hot if we hit 80 deg, (70 if you expect me to move , lol)0 -
So how is everyone feeling after this weeks results? I am stoked that we got immunity thanks to JahmeZZ but it is really too bad that we lost Lotto22 because she didn't weigh in! I messaged her and wrote on her wall trying to get her attention to send in her weigh in and she didn't do it. So we are all safe for another week lets get this done team!!!!!0

Alright Team did a great job last week! I hope everyone is doing great this week! I've already lost 1.2 lbs this week hopefully we don't have to send anyone home but I have a feeling we will be voting someone home but will see! Keep kicking to lbs to the curb team!0

I was wondering if I can still join this group. My name is Tanya and I walk 2 miles a day when its not hot outside if its unbearable outside I work out inside using the Wii Biggest Loser and I usually do 30 min a day. My starting weight as of now is 153 pounds and I hope to be at 131 pounds in 11 weeks. Do we weight in every week?0

hey guys,
I weighed this morning but have not yet submitted my weekly result to Jonas. Part of me would like to wait and weigh in the morning tomorrow to hopefully allow some this water to even out from my TOM this past week. Any issues with that? I know we can't draw for advantages until everyone has submitted.0 -

We lost enough weight to recieve 9 draws in those nine draws 3 of them were nothing, 2 were five lb advantages, 3 were one lb advantages and 1 was a two lb advantage. Based on the amount of weight we each lost this week we are awarding the draws as such. JahmeZZ and healthygirltx will recieve the five lb advantages, Ginial with recieve the two lb advantage and I will be recieving the 3 one lb advantages. Thank you all for your quick responses.0
