I using atkins shakes & bars right now, but I am still using mfp.com to count the calories. If I am count calories and exercise it has always worked. I am not sure how your program works, are calorie counts still available? They are on atkins.

I don't think there is such thing as too much salmon. It is one of the fattier fishes, but it has all that Omegas in it. Cod is an easy fish, cook til flaky like salmon use light butter product, lemon juice and italian type herbs or lemon n herb or lemon pepper. It is a mild flavored fish compared to salmon.

Hi Catherine and welcome! Planks are great 4 the core (your belly) easy to do and u can build up to 1 minute a day, core strength is important, to prevent back injuries when exercising. You can probably search online for pictures how to do them. Please add me as a friend. HOLLI
