Bipolar-no consistancy-help

I'm not sure if that everybody is familiar with Bipolar, but I have had it for almost 20 years. I have never been consistant in my life and that means not logging on every day for calories, not eating right all the time and no regular exercise routine. Any bipolar folks out there that are succeeding with their plan and losing weight?

    There is a thread going on over in Motivation and Support. I'm Bi Polar I, but I also have slight OCD so I tend to crazy when I count calories, etc.

    it takes I think 20 days for something to become habit, so try to stick with it for 20 days and see if that helps. The correct cocktail of meds will really help, as well.

    Are you on mood stabilizers? Im sure the correct meds would help with you consistencies. :)
