I'm an asthmatic, so my stamina isn't always the best. That being said, I'm finding that while I still feel like I take a lot of breaks, when I do work it, I seem to be keeping closer to the pace that they are setting. So overall, I'm pleased with my progress.

I used to cook steel cut oats with salt, stevia, cinnamon, frozen blueberries, and sometimes walnuts. These days I just cook Better Oats instant oatmeal. It's quick (90 secs in the microwave) and very tasty.
