I have a smoothie for breakfast 5 days a week. Mine has: 4 oz coconut milk (I'm dairy free.) half a banana 1/3 cup Ultimate Meal powder 1/2 tbsp Blackstrap molasses 1/2 cup water 2 ounces of water and then on alternate days I add either papaya and pomegranite or pears.
