i jog for 30 seconds, then sprint for 30 seconds. right now i do this for around 30 minutes on non-lifting days, to varying degrees of success.

i was under the impression that eating low carb helped your body turn to burning fat for energy instead of carbs. is that just bro-science? if true, that would certainly help with "toning" (with a deficit, of course).
